As our Office Manager, an Authorized IPL Laser Technician, and a Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO), she brings a wealth of expertise to every aspect of your visit. From managing day-to-day operations to providing personalized care and advanced skincare treatments, Yessica ensures everything runs smoothly. Her calm, approachable presence and dedication to excellence help make each patient’s experience seamless and tailored to their needs.

Marketing & Authorized IPL Laser Technician | Nursing Student

Zarem plays a key role in the marketing and operations at Mountain West Eye Care and Med Spa, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does. Her passion for both the beauty and healthcare fields shines through in her work, helping to ensure our services reach and resonate with those who need them. Currently pursuing her nursing degree, Zarem blends her knowledge of the healthcare industry with her marketing expertise, setting the stage for even greater contributions to patient care and experience in the future.

Master Optician

With over 40 years of experience, Barbara is our master optician and a true expert in her field. She is certified by both the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners, bringing a wealth of knowledge and precision to every patient she works with. Barbara is passionate about helping you find the perfect frame that fits comfortably and suits your style, along with lens options that keep your vision crisp and clear—day in and day out.

Optician's Assistant

As our Optician's Assistant, Lyne works closely alongside our Master Optician, receiving hands-on training and mentorship backed by more than 40 years of optical experience. She is passionate about helping patients find eyewear that fits both their vision needs and personal style. Known for her kind heart, friendly personality, and willingness to go the extra mile, she is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout their optical experience.

Front Desk

Maddie is a valued member of our front office team, bringing a bright personality and positive energy to our practice every day. Her warm, welcoming nature helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, and she is always happy to answer questions and assist in any way she can. With a genuine passion for helping others, she creates an inviting atmosphere that makes every patient feel like part of our family.

Optometric Technician

As our full-time Optometric Technician, Megan brings over 10 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), with a background in both corporate healthcare and private practice. Her exceptional attention to detail and strong communication with our doctor help ensure each patient receives thorough, efficient, and personalized care. She is committed to making every visit a smooth and comfortable experience while providing the highest level of support to both our patients and clinical team.

Doctor's Assistant

Kinlee is an important part of our team, assisting with eye care to help ensure each patient's visit runs smoothly and efficiently. She is known for her friendly personality, attention to detail, and dedication to providing exceptional care behind the scenes and during patient visits. As she pursues her education in cosmetology, she continues to be a valued member of our practice and looks forward to returning to expand our Med Spa services, bringing her passion for beauty and wellness to our patients.

Well known and loved throughout our community, she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring each visit starts with exceptional service. Whether she's greeting patients, answering questions, or helping coordinate appointments, Bettina is committed to making your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Registered Nurse

Kacie is our Registered Nurse specializing in Botox® and dermal filler treatments. With a gentle approach, keen eye for facial balance, and passion for enhancing natural beauty, she helps patients achieve refreshed, youthful results without looking overdone. Alongside her part-time role in our Med Spa, she serves our community full-time as a school nurse, reflecting her lifelong commitment to caring for others. Her personable nature, attention to detail, and dedication to patient satisfaction ensure every treatment is tailored to help patients look and feel their very best.
